St. Gregory of Sinai Monastery produces icons commissioned by churches and individuals in the ancient medium of egg tempera, as well as other media, including wood, cast-metal, mosaic, and textile. The Workshop’s wall murals are done in true fresco technique, painted directly onto freshly applied plaster. Images of their work may be seen on the Monastery’s web site. Their extra virgin olive oil, produced with their Pieralisi olive mill, can be purchased on the Monastery's web site. The Convent of the Meeting of the Lord in the Temple makes hand-poured, 100% pure beeswax candles in votive and tealight sizes. The Convent also carries a large selection of votive and tealight holders. Perfect for icon corners or for gifts. Saint Nectarios Press Bookstore carries more than 1,000 titles of traditional Orthodox literature. Holy Transfiguration Monastery offers over five hundred different icon reproductions, cast and enameled bronze icons, forty kinds of incense, gold and silver crosses, pectoral crosses, cassettes, CDs, books, icon lamps, and other items for Orthodox prayer and worship. Holy Nativity Convent makes hand-dipped pure beeswax candles in a a variety of sizes, Orthodox vestments, and cassocks. The Convent also offers covers for Communion vessels, a large assortment of icon reproductions in single or double solid brass frames, icon buttons, baptismal witnesses (martyrica), baptismal candles, baptismal and wedding favors, paschal candles, and olive wood and mother of pearl crosses from the Holy Land. The True Vine, published by the Holy Orthodox Church in North America, is a quarterly periodical dedicated to the teachings and spirituality of traditional Orthodox Christianity. The True Vine contains many translations of articles of interest both to lay people and academic institutions. The Saint Paul's Fellowship of Labor is a program for young adults that offers help to Orthodox monastic communities, missions, and churches by providing a source of physical labor for a variety of building, renovation, repair, and maintenance projects.
